At 360 Unmanned Aerial Services Ltd we take privacy very seriously and work within the requirements of the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) code of practice under the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA).
We appreciate that while we’re filming, some people in the vicinity may have concerns that their privacy is at risk of being compromised. To help alleviate any concerns we always conduct a risk assessment and flight plan before each flight. We never knowingly capture identifiable images of anyone who is not already a willing part of the assignment. In addition, we always review our recorded footage and delete any shots if we find anything that might compromise or personal privacy or otherwise be in contravention of the ICO requirement.
If you have any questions regarding our footage or policy, please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we will do whatever we can to address any issues or concerns you may have.
